1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the website at ingleworks.co, operated by Ingleworks LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. What this site is

This site is informational. It describes Ingleworks and the software we make. Nothing here is an offer to sell, a warranty, a contract for any product, or professional advice of any kind.

3. Our software is covered separately

These terms do not govern our software products. Applications distributed through the Apple App Store or Mac App Store are licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except where we provide our own licence in its place. Products sold or delivered elsewhere carry their own terms, presented at purchase. Where a product's own terms conflict with these, the product's terms control for that product.

4. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, and the Ingleworks name and wordmark — belongs to Ingleworks LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your own reference and quote briefly from them with attribution. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, republish it, or use the Ingleworks name or wordmark in a way that suggests we endorse or are affiliated with you, without written permission.

Product names mentioned here that belong to other companies are the property of those companies.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use this site unlawfully. Don't attempt to gain unauthorised access to it or to the systems behind it, don't interfere with its operation, don't scrape it in a way that burdens it, and don't use it to distribute malware.

6. Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we don't control, including mileone.ai and the Apple App Store. We are not responsible for their content, and a link is not an endorsement.

7. No warranty

This site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingleworks disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content is complete, accurate, or current — product descriptions in particular describe software under development and may change.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ingleworks LLC and its member will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Ingleworks LLC against any claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of this site or your breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The updated version takes effect when posted, with the "last updated" date changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

12. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms, plus the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Ingleworks regarding this site.
